19. Conditions of service

Dates Changes

The client may request a change of dates, hotel or destination unlimitedly throughout the year 2024, as long as they notify in writing to the email: reservations@cancunvipvacations.com with a minimum of 20 business days in advance. It is essential to note that in the event of a rate change with the new date, hotel or destination requested, this difference must be covered by the client in its entirety at the time of updating the date, destination or hotel in order to be accepted. During the year 2023, the client will have the right to up to 2 changes of dates, hotel or destination as long as the client covers 100% of the rate difference that may arise in their case.

Returns and/or Cancellation

The client may request a refund of the amount paid as long as the reservation is 100% paid (there are no refunds in layaway systems) and notify the email: reservations@cancunvipvacations.com at least 20 business days in advance of the date of booking. arrival at the hotel, in this case the client may choose according to his interests to apply 100% of the refund as credit available in his favor to be used on his next trip during the next 12 months after the date of request or its cancellation under the following conditions:
