TULUM
Tulum is a destination that combines ancient history, stunning beaches and connection with nature. One of the highlights of Tulum is its archaeological zone. Situated on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea, this ancient walled city was an important commercial port and ceremonial center for the Mayan civilization. Main points of interest include the Temple of the Descending God, The Castle and the Temple of the Frescoes. In addition to its impressive architecture, the beachfront location provides spectacular views.
COBÁ
Cobá was an ancient Mayan city that reached its peak between 600 and 900 AD. What distinguishes Cobá from other archaeological sites is its extension. It is known for being one of the largest in the region, covering an area of approximately 70 square kilometers. Although only a small part has been excavated and opened to the public, there is still much to discover. Cobá is immersed in a lush jungle, which gives it a mystical atmosphere and a unique experience. In addition to exploring the ancient Mayan structures, you can also enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds the archaeological site. The dense vegetation and the presence of nearby lagoons and cenotes make Cobá a fascinating place for nature lovers.
PLAYA DEL CARMEN
Fifth Avenue, also known as “La Quinta”, is the main street of Playa del Carmen. It is pedestrianized and extends for several kilometers, offering a wide variety of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, boutiques and shopping centers. It is a lively place where you can enjoy the nightlife, try delicious local food and shop for crafts.
This TOUR offers you a unique experience knowing two Archaeological sites full of traditions, another of the beautiful places that we know on this tour in a SAN JUAN CENOTE and later a visit to the city of Playa del Carmen.
ITINERARY:
- Departure from Cancun, Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, to begin the adventure.
- We will visit Tulum, we will arrive there at 10:00 a.m., there will be a guided tour and a free hour to relax.
- They will go to the restaurant to eat their food, it is the buffet style of the region. (Does not include drinks)
- Next stop Coba at 1:00 p.m. to the Mayan Archaeological Zone, which gives us the opportunity to climb the highest Mayan infrastructure in the Yucatan Peninsula called NOHOCH MUUL. Here in the archaeological zone you can walk or rent bicycles and family tricycles.
- Later we will move to the beautiful CENOTE SAN JUAN where we can enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful place. (It is an underground cenote, life jackets are not include.
- To finish our Tour, we will visit the City of Playa del Carmen for a period of 1 hour, so that you can do some activity of your liking or purchase beautiful souvenirs..
