All Credit Card operations require a voucher to be signed for them to be valid. This voucher is sent by email, and indicates the reservation status before signing.

How can I book at Cancun VIP Vacations?

Easy!

Fill out the form found in the contact section, and indicate the time you prefer to be contacted. (Indicate a time between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.). If you have a destination in mind, as well as the days to travel, include them in your message.
We will contact you as soon as possible.
The data will be requested to make the reservation. And we will make the corresponding charge for your purchase.
We accept all major credit cards and you will receive confirmation of your reservation in your email.

Is it required to pay by credit card?

Although it is not the only method available, it is important to know that it can give you access to a discount of up to 70% on the hotel's regular rate. One of the most accessible and attractive promotions for your next vacation.

Do you accept all credit cards?

If the card you use to pay for your vacation is Visa, Master Card or Amex, you can do so without any problem, at Cancún Vip Vacations they are welcome.

Can I reserve a package and pay for it later?

Yes! It is possible to block a promotion with an advance payment. Just ask your advisor for the payment methods we have in order to ensure and complete your promotion within the defined period.

If I have already purchased my vacations, can I change the dates?

Yes! To request a change of dates we require that you notify us by email reservaciones@cancunvipvacations.com at least 20 business days in advance of the date of arrival at the hotel. Adjustments will be subject to price and availability variations.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Most of our packages are non-refundable. If you cannot travel, we can help you manage a change of dates subject to variations in price and availability. If your package is refundable, you can consult the refund conditions and penalties in the Terms of Service, available in our Terms and Conditions, or call our reservation center.

I have not been contacted. What do I do?

This may be due to high demand. If more than 24 hours have passed since sending your form, you can contact +52 998-980-3000, having at hand the first and last name with which the registration was made. An executive will assist you immediately.

Can I book a flight with you?

Yes! Although our prices do not include flights due to the variation in rates (according to travel dates and origin-destination points), our advisors can provide you with preferential prices, adding them to complement your trip.

What does the promotional package include?
