- You must bring printed proof of purchase.
- Wear comfortable beach clothes, swimsuit and bring an extra change of clothes.
- If you added transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
- Your sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. If you do not comply with this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange your sunscreen for a chemical-free sample; your sunscreen will be returned to you at the exit.
- Bring cash or a credit card to buy souvenirs, take an optional activity or purchase photos of your visit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Children under 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half of the adult ticket (in both cases it is necessary to present identification at the ticket office).
- Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years old, must also present identification to prove their age.
- Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
- It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
